Have been wanting to meet a running group that does Friday AM runs up Chimney Gulch.

55 minutes uphill with group (last 10 minutes relatively hard).

then 25 miles downhill as fast as I could sustain.

Good workout, sorry I bagged the loop trail workout but I have been wanting to run with this group.
