Foot still not 100% so did on TM.

10 min normal WU

Then 30 minutes all at 8% 1 min at 8:20 per mile, and then 1 min at 15 min per mile. I made sure that the running minutes were full minutes by starting to speed up before the minute began.

18 minutes of fast walking to cd. Hopefully foot will improve soon.
