14ers- Mt. Shavano and Mt. Tabeguche, approximately 4000 feet of gain, if not more. I added a bonus mile by missing the trail. Mostly this was hiking with majority running downhill. Felt good to turn this around after yesterdays big effort. I felt like I was moving pretty much normal speed even though I did 18 yesterday. Foot was fine throughout weekend and week.
