1:01 for first 7 miles and 57 minutes for 7 miles back. Felt good, not sore. Legs were turning over but nothing crazy fast. Couldn't get under 745 per mile for second half but oh well.

Walking 34:00 [3] 2.75 mi (12:22 / mi)

TM walking mostly flat, a bit of incline.
