Easy but running the whole time lap around N. Table Mountain. Really had to grind into granny gear at times but managed to run the whole time.

Easy run on flat trail, a bit muddy. Legs sluggish but fine.

14 min wu with 4 X 15 second strides. Then 3 X 5 min at about 700 pace with 200 min easy between. Then 10 minutes easy to get to hill. At hill, 4 X 1:45 hard uphill and down hill easy. Finish with 5 min easy. Felt pretty good with legs snapping back from Monday's downhill endeavor.

4.5 miles sort of easy uphill on Pack Creek Road by Moab. Downhill hard for 4.5 miles averaging less than 700 min per mile. Really working downhill.

Hidden Valley Trail twice by Moab. Decent elevation gain, probably 2000 feet total-ish. Pretty rocky footing but a good workout with a decent pace.

1.2 to and from gym. At gym all at 835, 3 intervals raising 1% every 2 min up to 7 the first 2 and 8% the last interval. Felt smooth generally

Hill Intervals 20:00 [3] 1.2 mi (16:40 / mi)

Had Court in Castle Rock so I had to try the mini incline after. It is only 200 steps but still fun to really bust it. Did a warmup in 1:48 and then did 1:30 all out to the point of being on the ground at the top. Fun challenge and so different from the Manitou incline.

Not exactly sure about mileage - gps batter died, but ran out 1:15 and then ran back to negative split same distance in 1:07. Felt good but this was a good effort on pavement keeping the pace going. Really tried to focus on being efficient. Only 520 days until LT100 :).

TM walking - first half hour, mostly 4.2 at 10%. Second half hour very fast topping out at 10:00 miles walking. Trying to get faster. Felt good.

12 min easy wu with strides and 14 min cd. 10:00 min at 730 pace, with two minutes flat easy. Then 6:00 at about 710 pace, then flat and easy for 2 minutes. Then 3:00 X 6:45 pace. Felt good but not fast. Oh well.

Easy run at lunch with 4X 1 min strides in the last 20 minutes. Wasn't going to run but then at last minute had to give an evening presentation so I ran at lunch to have more energy for it. Felt good.

Went skiing with Ben. Two times down Schoolmarm at Keystone. No poles to make it just a bit of skill building for me. A Basin lessons for him were worth every penny. He can go down and turn without problem but he is crazy. He almost hit like 6 people!
