15 min warmup. 15 minute at 7:05 Pace - felt good no calf issues at all so I am not concerned about that anymore. 5 min easy. 8X 1 minutes of uphill intervals with 1:30 of jogging down rest in between. 15 min cooldown.
Felt strong and this was a really good workout after a few easier days because of the calf. No longer concerned about that.
