Easy rolling trail run at N. Table. Felt good and took it easy. Running at 12 minute miles. About 1500 feet of gain.

Friday May 1, 2015 #

One hour eacy way biking to work.

Thursday Apr 30, 2015 #

Intervals 1:10:00 [3] 8.5 mi (8:14 / mi)

15 min warmup. 15 minute at 7:05 Pace - felt good no calf issues at all so I am not concerned about that anymore. 5 min easy. 8X 1 minutes of uphill intervals with 1:30 of jogging down rest in between. 15 min cooldown.

Felt strong and this was a really good workout after a few easier days because of the calf. No longer concerned about that.

Easy 5 still no calf issues so good to go.

Upper body weights, still resting calf.

Easy 50 minutes, calf was fine.

30 minutes easy on TM, calf still tight, so took it easy.
