All over 9000 feet - run for 5 hours by San Isabel Lake, a lot of elevation gain, not sure exactly how much but I guess 5-7k. After 5:10 of running, I did 8 X 2 min uphill intervals with 30 seconds up top and then run down fast with 2 min rest. Due to family issues, I couldn't run longer so I decided to make the last hour count.
