Easy 35:00 [3] 3.5 mi (10:00 / mi)

3.5 easy with the double stroller while supporting/cheering for Molly who ran her third half marathon!

Hills 50:00 [3] 4.0 mi (12:30 / mi)

Trail running with 7X2:00 uphills hard with 30 sec rest uptop and 1 min rest at bottom. Couldn't do more due to childcare.

Easy 1:35:00 [3] 9.8 mi (9:42 / mi)

Two easy sessions on the TM one 55 minutes and 5.7 miles with about 10 min of uphill walking. The other in the evening for 40 minutes of 4.1 miles with several intervals of uphill walking.

Thursday Jun 9, 2016 #

Had to change workout because of childcare/work.

1 mile wu and cd. 7 miles on flat bike path averaging 7:35 with no stops.

Easy 34:00 [3] 3.7 mi (9:11 / mi)

Easy 3.7 miles on the TM in the evening after harder workout earlier in day.

Easy 1:05:00 [3] 7.0 mi (9:17 / mi)

3 miles easy with double stroller. Then about 1 hour later 4 miles on the TM with weighted running vest.

Tuesday Jun 7, 2016 #

Easy 1:08:00 [3] 8.0 mi (8:30 / mi)

8 Miles. Splits 751, 811, 810, 824, 757, 743, 846, 726

The last mile included 4 X 45 long, smoothish strides with a bit of rest in between.
