Long Run 2:27:00 [3] 11.8 mi (12:27 / mi)

All trails, 45 min flat, then 1:00 with hills including 2 quite steep hills on N. Table, then 45 minutes with speed picked up, still on trails but tried to think of it like half marathon trail race pace. Quite hot but survived with plenty of water.

Ultra paced easy, just no pop in the legs. I think I'm still just beat from last week.
