Progression Run 50:00 [3] 6.0 mi (8:20 / mi)

TM progression run. 5 min wu and cd. Then starting at 830, raise incline 1% every 2 minutes to 6% and then 2 min flat at same pace. Then 800 same profession. Then 7:30 and could only make it to 6% for 1 min. Just couldn't hand on any longer. Beat at the end.
