Loop around White Ranch in the heat (80s). I might have a cold, not sure yet and with the heat just wasn't moving that fast but made it through no worries. Pondered next year's races.

Early morning trail running effort at N. Table. Warmed up the first 5 min or so and then gave it a pretty good effort mostly uphill going out and then downhill coming back. Not exhausted at the end but a good effort was given.
