Easy sunrise run at N. Table. Felt great! Perfect weather by moonlight.

Easy around City Park with strides.

Hill Intervals 1:25:00 [3] 5.0 mi (17:00 / mi)

10 min wu and cd. 9X 2:00 uphill with 30 sec at top. The last 4 also had hard downhill because there was enough light after sunrise. 2:00 rest at bottom. Sore but felt good.

Pretty fast flat walking outside.

Strange workout. Went to White Ranch to do long run, and it was SUPER smoky with smoke blowing from Montana (sorry!). I rant for 1;40 at White Ranch and bagged it. I then went to the YMCA to get out of the smoke. I ran for 2.5 hours alternating some flat running with hilly hiking. Pretty beat at the end but got it done.

Hill Tempo 1:18:00 [3] 8.1 mi (9:38 / mi)

In 93 degree heat, ran pretty darn hard around N. Table Mt. 1200 feet of gain. Second fastest time ever.
