TM walking a mix of flat fast and inclined all with a pack.

17 min wu outside. Then TM for 30 minutes kind of like mixed fartlek hard TM workout because not hills near work and time crunched.

Bonus walking on TM with pack in the evening.

Alternating 5 min easy and 5 min at tempo on flat pavement. A bit of a lull in energy at the beginning but improved the last half.

TM walking uphill at 10% during a KC Chiefs victory!

1900 feet of gain, running the whole time, even up very steep sections. Between the work stress and family this is the time I had. Getting it done more or less.
