Indian creek 50. My goodness the Rampart range is steep! 10000+ feet of gain. Never sat down or stopped. Fueled and hydrated well. Ran a pretty great race but just didn't have it in me to really push and that is fine sometimes. I think I slowed in the second half by really only 30-40 seconds per mile. First 32 miles in 7:50. Last 18 in 4:25.
15 min wu with strides. Then 5 min at 7:10 on TM, flat for 2 min, then 5 min at 835 at 8%, then 2 min flat. Then 5 min at 710 on TM flat. Finally 15 min cd. Felt great. We'll see on Saturday!
