Run to Y and back. At Y, 8 min wu and cd. The workout was hill tempo 10 minutes at 8:30 at 4%, 10 min at 900 at 6%, then 10 min at 930 at 8%.

2.5 laps around NTM 2900 feet of gain. Pretty surprised I wasn't more sore. Faded a bit in hour 3 and 4, but nothing dramatic.
