15 min wu and cd, a few strides in wu. Then 5 X .5 miles at 700,700, 650, 700, and 730 (uphill), with 1 min easy in between. Felt good. Gorgeous day for running!
1:01 for first 7 miles and 57 minutes for 7 miles back. Felt good, not sore. Legs were turning over but nothing crazy fast. Couldn't get under 745 per mile for second half but oh well.
