All I had time for (supposed to do 2) before work at N Table. Felt good and pretty smooth.

Flat walking on dirt at lunch. Felt okay but not fast, oh well.

Easy trail run at N. Table. Felt like running in quicksand but it was a beautiful night.

Monday May 7 #

Easy miles all running, flat fast dirt.

Sunday May 6 #

Easy 35:00 [3] 2.8 mi (12:30 / mi)

Easy run walk combo at the end of the day. A bit stiff, but all in all, body held up well, no injuries.
