I couldn't help myself as Ben was in ski school. Went hiking and easy running with a few strides in the snow by Winter Park.

Progression Run 1:04:00 [3] 7.4 mi (8:39 / mi)

Progression run - still pretty sloppy conditions so footing was not ideal. It was also just a little bit cold but nothing really that big of a deal. Really pretty disappointed with how this went. I did NOT look at my GPS the whole and really tried to progress through the run so that every 8 minutes or so I felt like I was hitting the next gear.
Splits were 930

815 slight downhill

I really thought I was at 730 in miles 5-7, or at least that effort for uphill. I really wasn't close. Maybe I am just tired from the weekend and with the footing I wasn't that fast? Not sure.

Run errand #6 to Sprouts and back with single bob and heavy backpack on the way back.

I like this version of a tempo run.

10 minutes tempo 1.3 miles
then 38 minutes
10 minutes tempo 1.3 miles
then 6 min cd.

This was all I had time for and really hard to get up mentally after yesterday but felt good to get it done.
