TM at Y, all I had time for 15 min wu and 7 min cd. 30 minutes minute and minute off all at 8:13 with on at 8% and off flat. Made sure to start incline 10 seconds before the minute started so as to make sure I was getting the full workout. A pretty good workout, first real one since Zion 100k.
