Easy in the heat, 1 mile with single stroller with kids on bike.

Walking 1:45:00 [3] 5.2 mi (20:11 / mi)

Two sessions of TM uphill walking in the garage in the heat.

Sessions one was all at 15% for one hour 3.1 miles

Session two was in the evening after the kids were down. 2.1 miles the first 30 minutes was 2.5 at 15% and then the rest was flat.

Good suffering.

NTM - uphill for 30 minutes 1 min on and 1 min off, pretty good effort. Then hard downhill until the last 5 minutes. A great 530 am morning. Amazing!

Marathon pace splits were 742, 758, 802 (uphill), 751, 732, 740, 746.
Felt good - good middle week effort.
