White ranch 2600 feet of gain in upper 80s heat. Felt good. Getting it done

Walking 45:00 [3] 2.3 mi (19:34 / mi)

TM uphill walking in the evening at 15% while kids watch movie. Not as sore/tired as expected.

Easy running on the Croke Ditch trail mixing in 1 to 1:30 minutes of walking every 10 minutes or so just to keep the effort easy.

Easy flat trail miles on Croke Ditch trail in lunch heat.

TM walking in the evening. 30 min uphill at 15% and 3.1 mph then the rest easy flat.

Hill Intervals 1:22:00 [3] 8.6 mi (9:32 / mi)

15 min wu and cd. 20 min at tempo more or less, miles were 716, 720, and 750 but with the latter being uphill. Then ran 8 X 2:00 uphill with 30 seconds up top and then hard downhill with 1 min rest at bottom. Alternated 4 running up and 4 walking up. Pretty beat by the end and had to get back to work. Good workout though!
