To and from YMCA easy. At Y on TM, 30 minutes minute on at 8:15 at 8% and minute off flat. Pretty worked at end.

Thursday Aug 8 #

Hills 1:03:00 [3] 5.98 mi (10:32 / mi)

5 min wu, then 30 minutes up Lookout Mt as hard as I could maintain, then hard down. Worked at the end.
