Cruise Intervals 1:10:00 [3] 8.0 mi (8:45 / mi)

Easy wu and cd of 15 min each and 1.5 miles. 4 X 15 strides. Then on TM 3 X 5:00 min at 7:00 mpm with 2 min rest. Then 15 minutes straight with 5 min at 7:50 at 4%, 820 at 6% and 850 at 8%. Good and tired at the end but not worked over completely.

Chimney Gulch 2800 feet of gain total. Really hot, car said 106 when I got back of course in the straight sun. 55 minutes hiking up, then 35 down, then 58 up and 34 down. Really felt decent in the granny gear on the run up even in the heat. Time to race!
