Didn't quite understand the workout so here is what I did.
830 starting at 4:00, I raised it to 1%, then at 9:00 I raised it to 2%, then at 14 raised it to 3% topping out on this schedule at 6%. Ran harder than I should have in the last half chasing to get above 6 miles. This is all the time I had with Molly post night shift.
