Easy walking jogging with Sean in stroller in the AM first thing.

Long run on an amazingly sunny great day. N. Table over to S. Table and then back. Probably 20 to 25 minutes of total walking. 2100 feet of gain. Felt good.

15 min wu and cd then at dirt track 14 laps of sprint the straights float the curves. Felt good and enjoyed this fartlek workout.
