I generally tried to run 5 10 minute segments increasing speed each segment. Flat pavement. Miles were

837, 752, 723, 705, 711, 722, 713 (uphill).

I think I more or less succeeded but of course went out a little too fast too soon. These paces were completely blind for the entire 50 minutes. I was just trying to focus on easy, slow marathon, half marathon, 10k, and 5k pace, more or less. Successful workout.

Easy 1.2 to and from YMCA. Completed wu and cd on TM. Workout was 1 mile at each of 7:50 at 4%, 820 at 6%, and 850 at 8%. I was working pretty darn good by the end and had to focus to get it done. Nothing crazy but a good workout.
