Easy in the afternoon AFTER weights, funny, hadn't done that in a while - to run after weights. Ready for hard workout tomorrow, I think.

Easy miles with about 10 X 30 second fartleks mixed in. Just didn't have it to do the hard workout this week. Still have a bit of a cold.
