Hill Progression Run on TM 36:00 [3] 4.2 mi (8:34 / mi)

Easy 6 min to and from Y. Then on TM 4 X 6 min progressions. Hills always at 4% then every 1 minute increasing speed and then one minute easy at the end of progression. Progressing to 725. All I had time for, long story.

Had to do this outside. Progressed up to 713 in first 40, then easy 5. Ramped up to marathon pace but Achilles tweaked a bit so switched to easy.
