Mostly with race kit. Everything is a go. Felt good. First 45 was with bob stroller, so not exactly race specific. Second half was on TM. Lets do this.

Bike to and from brewery with Sean in the bike trailer.

Easy all on TM mostly at 6.7 mph with 4 X 30 striders at end. Felt just fine.

Easy to and from YMCA for flat treadmill run mostly at 6.7 mph. No pain with Achilles or calf.

With pack and water bottle. Achilles still not perfect so did a short workout and then went to the YMCA for other cardio. Even 20 minutes of this is TM flat fast.
