In Kansas in 85 plus heat all on pavement ran solid the first three hours slow and then just had to walk some because of the heat.

1300 feet of gain, gravel old San Isabel road. Not that slow but not fast

Mostly pavement with 1100 feet gain, slowed by hail and a big lightning storm. Legs felt fine and I would have gone faster if not for all the distractions
