Row was fine, held at 1:45-148 pace conservatively up here at 5340'
shoulders were lit up on the thrusters from last couple days...legs fine.
Pullups, started with 10 which felt fine, then 4, then 2, then 2s and 1s.
Just couldn't get the pullups going. Kip was nonexistent.
