Legs felt better than expected on downhills towards the end,
but quads felt weak and heavy on all uphills.
196lbs, plus yesterda's crossfit and "hard" ride.

voice is back today, but still occasionally coughing up phlegm.

felt off, stomach was acting up all day.

slow easy pace felt too easy at start, too hard at end, stomach in knots.

Felt pretty weak today. even in warmup.

30 mountain climbers,
30 fast burpees
kips/muscle-up progressions,
30 mountain climbers

WOD: 20 Minute AMRAP of:
400m Run, 7 muscle ups.
scaled MUs to 3/3/3 progressions.

did 7 and one 400m run.
took time on progressions, focusing on form.
felt better on the lst couple 400s, but still slow.

rain, cold 40s. still winter here!

coughed up some clear, but noticeable crap after.

Calves are still SMOKED from calf raises the other day. wow.

Still fighting end of this cold...some clear congestion, snot shots.

Weight continues to drop since I stopped "force feeding"


Monster night of sleep. TOok Nyquil and it knocked me out. In bed asleep by 9:45, woke up at 8:45. Could have sleept longer. 11 hours straight!!!

train tracks dirt mostly. bushwack across a creek.

Still have some slight congestion, but clear.

Feeling a bit better, but keeping it light today.

broke spoke RIGHT at turnaround. Doi-oi-oi-oing.
Damn. Mid-spoke break. These wheels...so many broken spokes.

sinuse seem to be clearing up.

felt good to be back on the bike.
