After the jogging the usual strength workout with 10x10 one legged squads. My knee again hurt after those exercices.

First training of our WOC Training camp. Multicontrol training on the map Hörbylunde. 34 controls, 8.2km. Was going in a snail tempo... quite tired and a headache. Had quite a few troubles nailing the controls in the green area south-east of the map.
