Intervals 6x3min, rest 1.5min.
Did again feel dizzy at the beginning of the training until the 3rd interval. But I didn't feel as bad as the day before, and by the end of the training I did feel quite ok.
Those Sauconys are maybe the best shoes I have ever had!!

Planed to do intervals through the wood. But I felt so dizzy on my legs it was impossible to push. I think, I did have too little sleep those last days and too much stress at school. Oh well, get the lesson, sleep enough!

Japan training on the slopes of the Schüpberg. I think this is the steepest it can get :-)... fortunately I had my new shoes with nails which gaves me the necessary grip in the cliffs...

Swiss relay champs. Only found the technical flow by the end of the race. Had to push hard physically so that I found the right rythm. Not an optimal race.

Easy morning jog. Getting the breakfast.

Biofarm cup. I like my legs when they feel like that... I tried to run as fast as I could, but they didn't want to show signs of weakness :-). The result was good, winning with 1 min of margin.
I have to be careful that my brain can follow. Fortunately it wasn't too much technically challenging today...

Tried to do a body strength workout. But my energy level is just too low. I decided to rest in sight of the competitions of this weekend. Too bad when you loose all your energy at work and come home exhausted for your training. But it is not the right period of the year to dig into the safety reserves for trainings... we have races for that.

Jukola. Good legs, eventhough I had some stomach problems. Thing to remember: really eat at LEAST 3 hours in advance, even if my start is at 5am. Maybe especially then!

First training in Finland since two years. Too bad the map was quite poor.

Running through the woods, searching for the most climb... it could have hardly gotten steeper. The bigger problem was to find passages through the thorns.
Very good training in sight of rough orienteering, like a green finish forest or a steep japanese slope.

Evening race in Bern. Raced the first 15min, than took a break jogging for two controls and raced again the last 20min. 40min of racing would have been too hard, and I thought that taking a break inbetween would help... actually it was hard enough. My muscle feel quite empty now...
Now I have to rest well before I leave to Finland on Friday so I can take full advantage of the trainings before the CISM.
