The previous years: 2006: 53:44 2005: 54:18 2003: 57:15 2002: 58:51 I ran almost 1 minute slower than last year, which is not good. But taking in account how I felt the last days my time is not bad. At least it shows me, that I don't have to pull the emergency break because something is going out of control. A little more rest and time will probably make the change. | ||

| Standardized treadmill test I am trying to do every 6 weeks. Last time I did it was the 18th of April.
Today I wasn't able to finish the last 5 minutes from the 20 minutes of the test. I am not in such a good shape as I wish I would be. Well, maybe I shall just accept it and not worry too much about it... not getting too fixated about it might be the best cure, as I have been training well in the last 5 months. | ||

This is probably the best in shape I have felt this week. Interesting that it is at the end of the training camp. It is upside down, neverless I am now going to take a few days of rest. | ||
