I planed to rollerski in the afternoon, but my ankle had swollen up quite a bit after the strength exercice. I guess it was not yet smart to do some wrope jumping.

Stabilisation exercices for my foot.

Stepper. If my heart rate monitor is not lying, my beats/sec are pretty high doing this machine.

3x3min on the max of the machine... my heart rate climbed up to 185! I thought my max was around 183!

Pretty long run on the treadmill. Mostly at 11km/h with 4.5%. Went for 5min at a 14km/h flat, it felt really fast!
I am glad I am able to start running, eventhough it doesn't yet feel very natural.
