Night O-Swiss Champs.
My goal was to start the race not in my usual slow speed. I was happy, as i didn't loose my usual 20 sec to the first control.... and I won the race, so that's really nice.

7am intervals on the track before going to work. 6x1km with 200m rest (about 1min30sec).

Middle distance with the frenchmen. Missed too much... physically really good shape... estonishing! I started the training camp unsecure physically, now I feel subjectively quite strong.
