Warm up for the Tiomila. Didnīt manage to really sleep, eventhough I only had to get up at 0500, I wasnīt able to find peace knowing that my team mates are running during this time.

Sprint Elite serien in Eskilstuna. Lost over a minute on Andrey Khramov... not good. Too slow at running and a few hesitations.

Travelled to Eskilstuna where the Tiomila will be held. Tough day because I haven't been sleeping enough lately... orienteered a little bit when we arrived. Swedish woods are even gorgeous when you are tired.
