| After the morning training I decided I should visit my doctor to show my hip. But before doing so I thought I would try to make it be the most painful possible, so that the diagnosis would be easy. So I decided to do 5x (3min20 up hill intervals, 4min rest, 1km on the track at 3:03 pace, 1.5min rest)... astonishingly the workout did more heal than hurt my hip... |
