Footing with Mündi, Rüüd and Helge in Twannbachschlucht. Uh, I felt really weak. Had troubles not to walk uphills. My stomach flu from yesterday did cost me some energy.

Stomach flu. Not fun! Ironically I planed to start my training season today... I guess it will have to wait until I recover. Hopefully it is not a bad omen... I had enough stomach problems this year.
