| Bio Farm cup race in Opfikon. Finished 4th... 11 seconds behind David Schneider who was 2nd... BUT 1min13s behind Daniel Hubmann! Well, that is a lot!
Did a route choice mistake of 20s to the first control and a total of 13 seconds of "technical" mistake over the whole course. My goal was to limit my technical mistakes at 15 seconds, so I achieved it. However, I was too slow. | ||

Astonishingly my heart rate wouldn't rise like in regular intervals... wonder why, I thought I was running fast. | ||
