Biberister OL. Ce bon vieux plateau reste un challenge pour moi. OK comme course mais jamais de flow. C'├ętait cool de refaire une course de CO :-).

Run up and down Rocher des Tablettes. Full speed up and down from Rochefort. Feeling quite alright despite the race in the morning. Slippery conditions..

Intervals 6x Crostand loop. I felt pretty miserable warming up but I think my watch was running slow. I was very suprised about my times eventhough I wasn't hurting too the limit. Lately I was getting used to the other way round... but today was my day I guess... or I will believe that I am getting in shape :-))

Tried to run up to La Tourne. Impossible, weird stomach, no energy, generally feeling strange. Actually Lena is sick at home and the rest of the family is also struggling... might be a small virus.

ANCO training. 4x1km with strength exercices inbetween. I think it was just the type of training I needed today. Put me back into the right track after a day of suffering with pre-flu symptoms.
