Knee injury. Felt pain last week running and then ran through a small pain yesterday and it turned into a lot of pain once I finished. Haven't been over training, had a niggle in my calf so have been doing spinning instead of most of my running but not to any kind of excess.
Went to see the physio today at the gym which is included in winning students and I'm not sure how useful she was. Never really gave me a proper diagnosis, something about possible ligament damage to the outside of my knee? Not sure if she actually knew or not. Put some physio tape on it but if anything it hurts more now. Tempted to take it off.
Another appointment booked for Wednesday and will have to see how it goes from there. Hoping it goes away as fast as it came about, I have POM to be competing in!
