Strength and Conditioning 40:00 [3]

Crazy session lead by linnea gustaffson with some more aerobic jumping stuff and then loads of core work. Really enjoyed it. Finished with physio stuff. Orienteers should never make a dance group, the coordination and keeping in time with the music was a little bit lacking ahahah

Football warm up/down 15:00 [2]

About 25 minutes warm up pre match then tried to stay warm throughout the rest of the game in the hope I would get some playing time.

Football 20:00 [4]

Score was 2-2 at half time but then we just couldnt stop scoring! Got subbed on at about 6-2 and then assisted at least 2 of the next 5 goals! Final score 11-3 :D:D Finally some game time and a nice win for the team. Loved it

Hectic day. Glad I had time for this, was good fun. 90 minutes but coach is away so wasn't too hard. Cant wait to hand this essay in tomorrow!!

Usual training but less people. Really enjoyed it even if it was a bit frustrating at times. Also took some studs to the top of my foot as well which wasn't cool

Non timed circuit with various stuff working on core and getting the technique right. Don't think I actually broke into a sweat at any point.. Nice 2 hour sleep when I got back home as well!

Set my alarm for the gym this morning but felt like rubbish when it went off so I thought sleep would do me better. Gutted because the South Africa rugby team were in apparently!! Anyway went running with Katie on the seat. Felt like a lot of hill which I was getting my ass kicked on :(

Straight line 7.8, winning time 60 minutes. Actually won in 71. Start and finish in the '92 olympic stadium with a run out down the 100m! Race was ok, legs aching, shins/knees still hurting and a few sloppy mistakes but stuck at it and managed to keep motivation up. Managed to pull myself up to 6th as well. Really good weekend and glad I managed only 9min down today :)

Sprint round the old town in barcelona. Good fun but lost a hell of a lot of time on no. 1 (90 degree error) and knees/shins were not loving life. Pain.
