Gave spinning a go with trainers on. Low resistance, high rpm.
4x3min ohhh so sweaty I forgot how bad it is ewww

Was alright, foot kind of ached but was fine once I got off

Making so much progress. Swapped my moon boot for a trainer and did some very light squats and deadlifts as well as some nordic hamstrings and a bit of balance stuff. Was really careful to air on the side of caution and did loads of stuff sat/lying down in between. Excited, finally feels like I'm getting somewhere

Foot never painful. Sometimes aches if I stand/walk a lot but overall I'm feeling positive. Working on getting my ankle strength back and range of movement. Consultation and x-ray on the 3rd. Less than 2 weeks left in the moon boot!!

Really good physio today. My foot obviously doesn't have full range yet but I bought a thicker theraband and she gave me loads of stuff to try so yeah :)

From the gym back to the flat. Didn't feel comfortable cycling with my moon boot on so don't think I will be doing much

Had only planned to walk to the gym but then there was a mess up with flat keys and ended up walking far too much. Foot was aching when I got back

Doctor said I could give spinning a go with my boot on. Was fine but couldn't put much pressure through the pedals so I think it's a bit useless to try and get any actually training done on it for the time being.

Strength and Conditioning 35:00 [2]

Mainly abs and upper body. Any exercises lying down I did so clams and stuff. Also stretched my calf and tried to get some mobility back into my ankle without over stretching it as well as toe raises for my shin

Cast off and stitches out, moon boot on. Never been more happy to walk again. 2 weeks doing NOTHING is not as fun as it may sound
