Good to see the mapreading mostly there this weekend but mainly there is a big task physically to do to catch up with the boys atm, only gonna come with consistent training and not being a bellend. Didn't help much with stomach cramps etc but just gotta keep grafting, stay on top of the niggly knee and one mo mile shabba!! yezzzz
