Nice run with the boys around Blackford & Braids. Perfect weather and good chat. Bumped in to Bish on blackford. Dan couldn't believe the Baby was his hahaha. Feeling a lot better than I did yesterday.

Felt okay for the first two fives and then I was just went well off the pace, Tim '18min k' Morgan was running faster than me. Not sure what is happening to me atm. Didn't feel like lungs were limiting me today more the legs, glutes really tired from squats.

Just a case of getting the session done though because did feel a bit better on the minutes.

Meeting with Nixon today about training. Happy how everything is go atm. Just got to get through this last week of exams and then get back on it.

Nice little personal Gym session with Ali, if anyone out of EUOC is going to be the next 110m Hurdle World Champion, this is the guy who is going to do it.

Standard in Circuits gym: Mobilty,Hurdle Drills,SL stuff,Goblet squats etc. Pull ups, OH Press.

Then Performance gym for 3*5 60kg, felt good. Some squash performance boys has some pretty mellow vibes playing on the speakers, liked it, Chilled. Followed by 2 sets of core.

5 min sping in the Circuits gym - The big man himseld turned up as well (Forest Demon) that man needs to change his tshirt size #ripped

Felt really strong on the first 2k and then suddenly out of nowhere started going backwards after like 200m of the 1k rep, literally couldn't go any faster. Was quite confused why this happened, but literally after two minutes of stopping after sacking in the session I started coughing loads and went really weasy, had to pile in some drags of the enhaler when I went home. Lungs just must of tightened up loads on the k.

My own fault. I know I've mentioned it like 3 times on here, hopefully this will kick me up the arse to start taking it routinely. Cold air isn't great for it.

Reduced EUOC long hilly run. Legs felt pretty strong today. HR higher than normal on the climbs.Ill/stressed or maybe just pushing without realising!

Going to start recording my RHR here and there. Sleeping a bit shit recently + exam stress. Need to be careful this week and next. Think sleep is the key factor. Will do two quality sessions Thu & Sat probs.
