Easy around the meadows with Soph. Good to clear my head after an absolute shitter of an exam, looks like I'll be coming back for the fringe wooooo. Legs felt bouncy.

Cruise around the Meadows(2 big laps). Feeling okay, calves a bit stiff but legs ticking over nicely. Bottom of left foot a bit achey, maybe a few too many road miles. Sicky feeling in my throat after half way, hope I'm not getting ill...

Don't think I've been training on my own for a long time so was actually pretty nice to do a solo run to the clear the head. Up to Pollock roundabout, down the bog and around the seat. After a day cooped up in the library this was the perfect remedy to release some stress. Started off steady and then started pushing on a bit towards the end, when I got to the meadows I was running at like 3:10's. Nice monday recovery pace...

Nice run with the boys around Blackford & Braids. Perfect weather and good chat. Bumped in to Bish on blackford. Dan couldn't believe the Baby was his hahaha. Feeling a lot better than I did yesterday.

Felt okay for the first two fives and then I was just went well off the pace, Tim '18min k' Morgan was running faster than me. Not sure what is happening to me atm. Didn't feel like lungs were limiting me today more the legs, glutes really tired from squats.

Just a case of getting the session done though because did feel a bit better on the minutes.

Meeting with Nixon today about training. Happy how everything is go atm. Just got to get through this last week of exams and then get back on it.

G'ARN TO THE FACKING GYM

Nice little personal Gym session with Ali, if anyone out of EUOC is going to be the next 110m Hurdle World Champion, this is the guy who is going to do it.

Standard in Circuits gym: Mobilty,Hurdle Drills,SL stuff,Goblet squats etc. Pull ups, OH Press.

Then Performance gym for 3*5 60kg, felt good. Some squash performance boys has some pretty mellow vibes playing on the speakers, liked it, Chilled. Followed by 2 sets of core.

5 min sping in the Circuits gym - The big man himseld turned up as well (Forest Demon) that man needs to change his tshirt size #ripped
