Didn't drop out this year so onwards and upwards. Felt a bit too comfortable though, definitely need to learn how to suffer a bit more as didn't feel that tired at the finish. Enjoyed it though and looking to build on this.

Was an absolute goon and thought Scottish Uni's was on Saturday so did a pussy taper sesh if that. So annoying... half tempted to do a session tomorrow now lol...

Really focusing on running form tips from James: bringing heel to bum more in the 'recovery phase', driving more forwards with arms instead of swinging across body and light on feet.

MAROC night event, apart from skipping out a control by accident,this was great - proper loved it! Took a while to get to grips with night O again and really focusing on the compass, very scrappy to start with and then better towards the end when checking compass more, not a safe plan to penultimate control so overshot by quite a bit.
