Had a mare with card fraud yesterday so lost like £140 on my card after some cheeky bugger decided to treat himself with some Air Max's and Nandos in London, alright for some! Rung NatWest and sorted it all... but completely forgot that they cancelled my card because of it... Went to get food straight after the race at the service station but I was a massive retard and completely forgot it it had been cancelled and hence the card got declined. So then had to suffer all the way back home - biggest bonk of my life! Was driving back in some very grim conditions, visibility was awful! Anyway, started getting some hot/cold shivers and had a very restless night sleep. Lied in till 11 so don't feel as bad now - might just swap tomorrows v easy day with today. Will see if I perk up during the day.

FVO Night-O Race

Steady away as glands are up atm but still a fair effort. Mainly just leading a train of Lewis and Peter? Upped the pace a little in the last loop just to get ahead of them. GG miles ahead after different gaffle at the start. Good fun.

Standard operation. Warm, wet and v windy tonight. Decent session though, nice to get a good effort out after Saturdays shitemare. Running with J tonight (Apart from last rep when he shit himself) No Jonny as he snaked us and went to the track.
